Core Policies

We accept Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, and Voter ID. PAN cards are not accepted as valid proof of address.

Standard check-in starts at 12:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in is subject to room availability.

No advance payment is required for standard bookings. You can pay directly at the front desk upon arrival.

Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time. Late cancellations may incur a one-night charge.

All couple-friendly properties are fully compliant with local regulations. Local IDs are accepted at designated locations.

We maintain a strict quiet-hours policy from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure all guests enjoy peaceful rest.
